Stephen started his career flying Learjets and has served as a commercial pilot and airline transport pilot, serving as captain for a major airline for the last 17 years. Stephen’s dream is to someday fly into space!
Navin
Navin is a prolific aviator who talks, breathes and lives aviation. Navin has flown 37 types of planes and helicopters during his career. He has flown all over the globe and Navin’s biggest accomplishment is being an examiner on Boeing’s B737, in which he has over 10,000 hours as Captain and instructor. This year he plans to fly the B24A Model and hopes to see how different it is from the Liberator B24J model he flew many years ago. His ultimate dream is to fly a Hawker Hurricane that The Eagle Squadron flew in WW2.
Cooper
Cooper was inspired to become a pilot during her first flight to America at age four. Since then, Cooper’s desire to support future aviators has led her to share adventures as an aviatrix on Instagram and serve on the advisory council of the California Aeronautical University.
Gary
Gary’s interest in aviation started at a very young age. He started taking flight lessons before he could drive and was flying commercially at the age of 20. Over the past 17 years he has flown 3 different commercial aircraft as a first officer and captain as well as a sim instructor. Gary often serves as an aviation news pundit for major media outlets such as the Weather Channel and NBC. He’s also made a name for himself on TikTok where he has a large following and over 25 million views.
DJ
DJ is a seasoned TV producer and creator of Airspeed Alive. Because he just got his private pilot license, he decided to assemble four of his very close dear friends, all experienced pilots, to join him on an adventure into the exciting world of pilots, planes and aviation.
